Techs on standby now
Talk to a local tech now
Tell us what happened and where. The local tech closest to you is on the way while we talk. No pressure, and nothing to pay up front.
- The tech closest to you heads out right away
- Written scope and price you approve first
- No money up front. We bill your insurance
Quick answerOur process has five steps: you call and a real person answers, the tech who covers your town heads out, we walk through and write up the scope and price for your approval, we clean, decontaminate and haul waste to a licensed facility, and then we bill insurance and rebuild what had to come out.
How it works
From the first call to the keys back in your hand
Five steps. You approve the plan before we start, and you hear from us before anything changes.
Someone on our Madison crew answers, any hour. You tell us what happened in your own words, and we ask only what we need to send the right tech.
Kevin, Robyn, Gabby, Rick or Joe, whoever covers your town, starts driving while you're still on the phone. You get a name and an honest arrival time.
We look at everything, including what you can't see, and write down the scope and the price. You read it and say yes before anything starts.
Affected materials come out, the structure is cleaned and disinfected, and every bag of biohazard waste goes to a licensed medical waste facility.
We bill your insurer, help with Wisconsin victim compensation, test the room before we leave, and rebuild anything we had to remove.
The call
The first call
A real person answers. We ask where the property is, roughly what happened, which rooms are involved and whether police or the medical examiner have released it. You don’t need to describe anything in detail.
We tell you who’s coming and give you an honest arrival time. Your call goes to the tech who covers your town, and the crew backs them up.
The walkthrough
The walkthrough and written scope
Your tech walks every affected area with moisture meters and lights and checks the places contamination travels: under flooring, into the subfloor, behind baseboards, into the room below and through the air system. Then we explain, in plain words, what we found.
That becomes a written scope and price. You read it, ask questions and approve it before anything starts. If insurance is involved, the same scope goes to the adjuster.
The cleanup
During the cleanup
We contain the work area so nothing spreads, remove the materials in the scope, then clean and disinfect what remains. Odor is treated at its source. Personal belongings are set aside and cleaned when they can be. Biohazard waste is packaged and taken to a licensed medical waste facility.
If we find something the walkthrough couldn’t show, we stop and call you before doing anything about it.
Wrapping up
Wrapping up and the rebuild
When the cleanup is done, we walk the room with you, or send photos if you’d rather not come in. Your insurer gets the documentation it needs, and we help with victim compensation when a crime was involved.
If flooring, drywall or trim had to come out, the rebuild is already in your scope. The same company puts the room back together.

You don't have to handle this alone
Call now. The tech closest to you starts driving while we talk, and nothing happens until you approve the plan. Day or night, no money up front.
