Who does well here
The people we look for
This work suits people who stay calm when things are hard, who are respectful with families who are hurting, and who take pride in doing a job completely. You’ll be in protective gear for long stretches, lifting and carrying, and sometimes working nights or weekends.
We care more about character than a résumé. If you’re dependable, kind and willing to learn, we want to hear from you. Bilingual English and Spanish speakers are especially welcome.
What you’ll learn
Training that builds a career
You’ll learn bloodborne pathogen safety, protective equipment, containment, removal and disinfection, odor treatment, biohazard waste packaging and how to document a job for insurance. The work follows IICRC standards.
We hire from the towns we serve, so the next tech for Sun Prairie, Stoughton or Baraboo might be you.
