What a scope change looks like
When we find something new
A walkthrough can’t always show everything. Fluids may have gone farther under the flooring than anyone could see, or a second room may be affected once furniture is moved. When that happens, we stop, show you what we found, explain what it means and give you the new price in writing.
You’ll never come home to work you didn’t approve or open a bill with charges you didn’t agree to. If the change affects the insurance claim, we update the adjuster too.
