We work quietly and keep equipment out of sight when we can. We don’t talk about jobs with neighbors, and we don’t post photos of anyone’s home.
Photos we take are for your insurance claim and your records only. Your contact details are used to help you and are never sold or shared for marketing.

How we keep a low profile
We park thoughtfully, carry equipment in and out without fuss and keep doors closed while we work. In apartment buildings we use service entrances when we can. If you’d like us to come at a certain time or use a side entrance, tell us and we’ll plan around it.
Our techs don’t discuss what they see with anyone but you and the people you name, like your insurer or a family member. If a neighbor asks, we simply say we’re doing work for the owner.

What we do with your details
We use your name, phone number, address and insurance details to schedule and do the work, file your claim and help with victim compensation when it applies. We share them only with the people involved in your job, like your insurer or adjuster, and only as needed.
Job photos document the work for insurance and your records. They’re never used in our marketing or posted online. If you have questions about your information, call us any time.
